Whats the difference between US and EU ROMs?

Almost nothing just in the EU roms there are some European languages added.

How to import downloaded games into Dolphin?

1. Make sure the Wii roms are extracted.
2. Inside Dolphin go to “Options > Configuration > Paths”
3. Add the folder which contains your extracted Dolphin roms.
